If no women wore top hats, my nipples would not get hard.

I wanted to make a post addressing the hostility I see between various groups of feminine trans people. I wanted a post title that would express the value that I see in gender-variant behavior in otherwise cis-gendered people, be ridiculous and yet be (mostly) true.

Don't Worry, It Sucks For Everybody (Part 2)

In part 2 of DWISFE, I'm going to take a look at one of mother earth's most perplexing creatures, the straight female, and examine how this often maligned creature doesn't have things as easy as bitter, bitter men on the internet would have you believe.

Fashion Analysis Program

I put up a page for a fashion analysis program I've been working on for a bit. The concept is: You construct an outfit out of the different clothing items in the library, and it evaluates that outfit on several criteria, such as what sort of occasions it is appropriate for, what sort of weather it seems appropiate for, and how it fits into different gender presentations.

My Response to Sexual Survival for Geeks

My criticism of the SxSW Sexual Survival Geek slide show by violet blue:

#1. I don't think there's any reason to know gender sexual stereotypes in geek scenes. Is the purpose of this to divine the often inscrutable geek gender? I say just use "they" as a pronoun and open everybody with "You look a little like buddy holly" and go from there.

Famous glasses

I liked this video

Tomboy songs

This post by Geek Porn Girl and the accompanying music videos reminded me of my deep affection for tomboys. I also cried a little the first time I heard Dar Williams' "When I was a boy". That song is like some kind of magical tear dislodging machine.

I am probably not unique in being amused by Those Darlin's song 'Be Your Bro'. I am probably unique in being only person who thought of the surrealistic flash game Pipedreamz and its haunting demotivational speech "I'm your boss but also your bro."
